In 2011, successes by the Burberry Body, Jimmy Choo and Montblanc Legend lines in particular combined with an intentional increase in marketing and advertising expenses led to new market share gains worldwide and accelerated development with growth of more 30% for the year (50% over two years).
Strong momentum overall in particular Burberry, Lanvin, Jimmy Choo and Montblanc fragrances combined with successful launches in 2011 drove very strong gains in the last quarter of the year. Consolidated fourth quarter sales reached €125.8 million, rising 79.2% at current exchange rates and 81.4% at constant exchange rates from the same quarter last year.
InterparfumsSA, the prestige fragrance company and exclusive worldwide licensee for Burberry fragrance products, and its licensor, Burberry Group, the global luxury company, today announced that they are in discussions...

La Maison Repetto and Interparfums, the creator of prestige perfumes and cosmetics, have signed a 13-year worldwide license agreement starting on January 1, 2012 for the creation, development and distribution of fragrances under the Repetto brand.
Created in 1947 by Rose Repetto at the request of her son, dancer and choreographer Roland Petit, Repetto is today a legendary name in the world of dance.
In 2011, Jimmy Choo and Montblanc fragrances have confirmed their role as powerful growth drivers, marking a decisive and major milestone in the Group’s development with:
• Jimmy Choo, a first women’s line with sales that will largely surpass initial forecasts, accompanied by high post-launch demand for restocking;
• Montblanc Legend, a new men’s line that, combined with steady performances by lines integrated into the portfolio at the end of 2010, will also significantly exceed initial expectations.
Bolstered by a promising start for the launch of the women's line, Burberry Body (€30 million in the quarter) and continued strong momentum for the Jimmy Choo and Montblanc fragrances (with €8 million each in the quarter), 2011 consolidated sales for the third quarter surpassed the symbolic €100 million milestone to reach €109.5 million, up 29.2% at current exchange rates and 34.3% at constant exchange rates from the same period in 2010.
