Through brand license agreements, Interparfums assures the design, production, and distribution of perfume lines created for the brand for the duration of the license. The licensor retains a right of inspection to ensure that the products properly fit with the brand image while the licensee exercises complete control over the product for the duration of the agreement.

After 3 years through a license agreement, in July 2007, Interparfums acquired the brand name and trademark for class 3 (fragrance products and make-up) from the company Jeanne LanvinSA. Pursuant to this acquisition, the licensing contract signed in 2004 was terminated.
Interparfums acquired a majority stake in Nickel, the men's skin care company, in April 2004, followed by the remaining minority interests in June 2007.
